ABOUT

Halie is an Emmy award-winning photojournalist based in Los Angeles County, CA.

With over a decade of experience in visual storytelling, her work has been featured on networks such as the Science Channel, MSNBC, NBC, and CNBC. In 2022, she won a Los Angeles Area Regional Emmy for her live coverage of the “South Fire,” with additional Emmy nominations in 2019, 2020 and 2024.

Recognized widely for her skill, she’s earned multiple honors, including awards from the Press Photographers of Greater Los Angeles, the Telly Awards, and the Capio Awards.

She recently finished her first conservation short film, Gritstone. She is also freelancing as a photo editor for Getty Images and providing video editing services for multiple Los Angeles-based production companies.
